January 12th, 2024, Marshfield, Wisconsin – Simplicity CU has announced new leadership positions effective January 1st, 2024. Sarah Arnoldy, formerly VP of Service, has been promoted to Chief Experience Officer (CXO), Jennifer Stanton, formerly VP of Sales, to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Kelly Korth, formerly Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to Chief Strategic Officer (CSO). These individuals display the integrity, empathy, and tenacity to take Simplicity CU to newer heights looking ahead to 2024.
Kelly, Jennifer, and Sarah, along with the rest of the Simplicity CU executive management team model the core values of the credit union across all branches. They innovate and advocate for members with programs like a consolidation loan to combine credit card, medical expenses, and personal loans into one low payment; and through community involvement with initiatives like the Stockbox program through the Hunger Task Force.
“We are incredibly excited to further strengthen our leadership team,” says CEO Nick Faber, “as our organization continues to grow and progress, we need to invest in those who are innovators in the credit union world and Sarah, Jen, and Kelly will help direct us in the right direction.”
