SIMPLICITY CREDIT UNION RECEIVES ACCEPTED OFFER TO PURCHASE OF THOMAS HOUSE BUILDING
Marshfield, WI – Simplicity Credit Union has completed initial negotiations on the purchase of the commercial property at 103 S. Central Ave. in Marshfield. The property was listed for sale in June of 2017 and currently holds tenants such as The Thomas House Restaurant. A closing date is scheduled for the end of September, 2017.
“We're so excited to be able to expand our services to our members and the community and will share more details on what's to come in the coming weeks.” says Ben Bauer, Simplicity CU Director of Marketing. “There’s still a lot of due diligence to do that goes with any commercial property purchase. While we’re excited to announce our plans for the opportunity to better serve our members and the community, we realize there’s still a lot of work to do.” Bauer said.
