Recently, two incredible organizations took the time to recognize that commitment in a way that has us feeling extra grateful (and maybe even a little emotional).
Celebrating 75 Years with the Neillsville Chamber
At the Neillsville Chamber Banquet, Simplicity CU was honored for reaching a huge milestone of 75 years of serving our communities. From our humble beginnings in 1949 with 13 members of Saint John’s Church in Marshfield, we’ve grown to serve members across central Wisconsin.
When we first opened our Neillsville branch in 2018, we knew we wanted to make an impact. What we didn’t expect was just how much the community would welcome us with open arms. Thanks to that support, we outgrew our space in just five years and were able to open a new, expanded location in 2023. Through it all, our mission has remained the same—helping friends and neighbors build a good life, just like our founders envisioned 75 years ago.
Future Neenah’s Corporate Partner of the Year
Meanwhile, over in Neenah, the team at Future Neenah honored Simplicity CU as their 2024 Corporate Partner of the Year!
We’re not just a credit union in Neenah—we’re an active and engaged partner in the community. From sponsoring local events like Farm to Table, Pay It Forward, and Old Fashioned Saturday, and even helping strengthen Neenah’s vibrant downtown, our team has been all in.
As Neenah Branch Manager Paige Zoelk put it:
“We’re getting our voice out there that we’re here to help. You’re not just a number. Everyone here has been putting the time into this area, and I think it just shows how serious we are about trying to become a difference-maker.”
At Simplicity CU, we don’t just believe in community—we show up for it. We’re beyond honored to be recognized by both Neillsville and Neenah, and we’re even more excited about what’s next.
