September 3rd, 2024 Marshfield, Wisconsin – Simplicity CU has been named one of the Best Credit Unions to Work For in the United States by American Banker for the seventh consecutive year.
In partnership with Best Companies Group, American Banker surveys credit union employees across the United States in areas like employee satisfaction, leadership, benefits, and more.
This year Simplicity CU was ranked 15th of 70 Credit Unions in their asset category.

American Banker Magazine states that “Of the institutions that made the list, 92% of employees said they were satisfied with their current employer according to survey data. The data goes deeper to show that 77% of honorees' employees felt that if they did good work, they would be sufficiently rewarded. Among the staff of non-honorees, this number dropped to 70%.”
One of the unusual benefits at Simplicity CU is that the Credit Union waives mortgage origination fees for employees (with the exception of VP and Executive Management.) They also take time to give back to those around them outside of the credit union space. Volunteering with local businesses, schools, and non-profit organizations has made a big impact on the communities Simplicity CU serves.
