We are excited to announce that our Annual Meeting will be held at the 2nd Street Community Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin on Wednesday, April 17th, 2024. The meeting will be led by our CEO Nick Faber. He’ll share the credit union’s successes from 2023 and important updates for 2024.
You may ask, “What is an Annual Meeting, and why is it a big deal?” It’s a yearly meeting for the credit union’s members and team to meet and discuss how we performed last year and what our plans are for this year, and it includes the election of board members.
We like to think of it as one big family reunion! This meeting gives us the opportunity to hear from each member and find out more from their point of view. We value each member and your feedback is crucial toward improving our products and services along your own credit union journey.
Speaking of a board, these meetings wouldn’t be possible without the guidance from our Board of Directors. This group is made up of volunteers from the areas Simplicity serves. They vote on key decisions and help steer us in the right direction.

NOTICE TO MEMBERS
You are hereby advised of your right under Article V, Section 4 of the Credit Union’s bylaws to submit to the Chairperson on or before March 8th, 2024 a petition requesting your nomination as a nominee to the Credit Union’s Board of Directors.
Your petition must be signed by at least ten (10) members eligible to vote at a meeting of the members of the Credit Union. If no member submits a petition, the Chairperson shall take a voice vote or declare each nominee elected by acclamation at the annual meeting and there shall be no election by mail ballot.
