We’re excited to invite all Simplicity Credit Union members and staff to our Annual Meeting on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025. This year’s meeting will be at the 2nd Street Community Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin from 6PM – 7PM. Our CEO, Nick Faber, will lead the meeting, share highlights from 2024 and give important updates for 2025.
What is an Annual Meeting, and why should you be there?
The Annual Meeting is our chance to come together and talk about our wins, challenges, and goals. We also elect board members who volunteer to provide oversight and make sure we’re being the best stewards of the trust you have in us. We like to think of it as one big family reunion! It’s a great chance for our members to share feedback, ask questions, and be part of shaping the future of our credit union.

NOTICE TO MEMBERS
You are hereby advised of your right under Article V, Section 4 of the Credit Union’s bylaws to submit to the Chairperson on or before March 7th, 2025 a petition requesting your nomination as a nominee to the Credit Union’s Board of Directors.
Your petition must be signed by at least ten (10) members eligible to vote at a meeting of the members of the Credit Union. If no member submits a petition, the Chairperson shall take a voice vote or declare each nominee elected by acclamation at the annual meeting and there shall be no election by mail ballot.
