We wanted to share what we know about the issue some of our members have been having with our app this week.
In a nutshell, if you use any device that gets our mobile app from the Google Play store, you might have seen a notification from Google that the app is “spying” on you. The good news is that you can ignore that warning and use the app as usual, but we know that doing that might give you an uneasy feeling.
To make the app work we have a few software partners. Every partner has to disclose a lot of information to Google, and some of that information was missing or outdated, which caused that notification. We worked with Google to get that corrected in the app and, as of 3pm today (January 10th, 2025) the app is republished and available for members who might need to re-install it.
Nothing about our app has changed, and you’re perfectly safe to use it.
