1. Like our Facebook Page.
2. Share the Make a Change Facebook Post and Tag the 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Charitable Organization you want to donate $200 to (if they have a Facebook page), and use #MakeAChange.
3. Follow us on Instagram.
4. You’re done!

Winner will be chosen on Monday February 3rd, and then we'll schedule a day and time to get a photo with you and the receiving organization!

Of course, we’d love to give money to ALL non-profit organizations, and maybe someday we will, but for now we have some rules and regulations for the Make a Change giveaway:

*No purchase necessary. (1) Description of Giveaway – Simplicity Credit Union (the “Sponsor”) is offering “Make A Change” (the “Promotion”) and will award via a random selection from eligible entrants. The Promotion begins at 12:00AM U.S. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on January 8th, 2020 and ends at 11:59:00 PM CST on January 31st, 2020, (“Promotion Entry Period”). On February 3rd, 2020 a winner will be randomly selected to win. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Entities (defined below) from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of the donation.

(2) Eligibility – The Promotion is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of Entry.  Employees, officers and directors of Simplicity Credit Union and persons living in the same households of such individuals (whether related or not), (collectively “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

(3) How to Participate – There is only (1) way to enter: 1. By simply, “Like” our Facebook Page, share the post and tag the 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Charitable Organization you want the $200.00 donated to, and use #MakeAChange.  Then follow us on Instagram.  By entering, you are giving your permission to receive subsequent communication from Simplicity Credit Union.  Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.  Once submitted, all entries become the property of Simplicity Credit Union.

(4) General – All decisions of the Sponsor in any matter relating to this Promotion shall be binding and final. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or web site. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the donation at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Promotion and the rights and obligations of Sponsor and Entrants will be governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. All actions, proceedings or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted, without resort to any form of class action, solely within the state courts of Wisconsin and federal courts located within such state and county with respect to any action, dispute or other matter pertaining to or arising out of the Promotion. In the event any provision of these Official Rules will be held to be unenforceable, these Official Rules will continue in full force and effect without such provision.

(5) The winner or their guardian must sign a publicity and/or model release. PUBLICITY AUTHORIZATION – The Credit Union may use winner’s name, likeness and city name for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
