Contest Guidelines

Winners must be able to show that their purchase was done with a Simplicity CU debit card to collect their prize. (Save the receipt!)

Anyone with a Simplicity CU debit card may enter, but entry for top three prizes requires completion of online form. No purchase necessary to enter the drawing, send a 3x5 card with “Just 1 Thing Contest”, Name, Phone Number, and Address to Simplicity CU, C/O Marketing, 103 S. Central Ave., Marshfield, WI 54449.
